Our Offerings
Our old-fashioned butcher shop and charcuterie carries natural and organic beef, veal, pork, lamb, poultry, wild game, offal and smoked meats.
The Hot Deli case offers delicious daily breakfast, lunch and dinner specials to go, and check out our house-made rubs and sides.
We also have a visible Dry Age room where we age beef and local lamb for up to 21 days, some of the best aged meat available for our retail clients.
