Sausages

All our smoked sausages are handcrafted with Duroc pork or American Wagyu Beef and smoked over Hickory and Applewood chips. The smokey flavor is paired with fresh and dried spices to add a distinct aroma for restaurant quality sausages. We use only natural occurring nitrates and nitrites which helps to prevent harmful bacteria. Our smoked sausages are fully cooked, so a quick char on the grill will do.
