San Giacomo Chorizo is a Jerez style chorizo that is a warm spiced, dry cured chorizo, made with respect to Southwestern Spain. Aged for at least 2 months and has a flavor profile of Pimenton de Vera, black pepper, and Mediterranean oregano. Great to slice up for a charcuterie board or to dice up and use as a base for soups, rice, pasta, veggies, etc. Sold ½ lb. salametti or 2 lb. sticks.
