San Giacomo Fennel is a simple Northern Italian-style salami seasoned with sweet fennel, pepper and white wine. This salami is mild and had sweet floral notes from the fennel. Sold as 8 oz. sliced, ½ lb. salametti, or 3 lb. sticks. Light red or dry white wine with an aged gouda.
