Uncured Bacon

San Giacomo Uncured Bacon is a pork belly dry cured for 7 days with sea salt, black pepper, and dark brown sugar. Then the spiced belly is smoked over Applewood and Hickory chips to a dark amber hue, permeating the air with the sweet, smoky and delicious flavors of bacon. 

*Must Be Kept Below 40 Degrees at all Times*
