Sausages

Our selection of Fresh Sausages are made with Duroc Pork or hormone - free, antibiotic - free and free range chicken. We use hog and sheep casings for all our sausages. The casing doesn't add flavor, rather, the hog casing makes for a stronger and chunky sausage, while the sheep casing is used to make a slim and tender fresh sausage. The fresh sausages are not smoked, so it will take a bit longer on the grill or stove-top.
