Coffee Dry-Rub for Beef and Pork

Updated: Apr 13, 2023

Coffee Dry-Rub is great for any protein, but works best with Beef and Pork

- This was recipe was used for New York Steak (enough for 4 - 6 steaks)

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup Dark Roast Coffee grounds

- 1/4 cup Chile powder (Ancho Chile Powder or Chipotle Chile Powder works well too)

- 1/4 cup of Dark Brown Sugar

- 2 Tbsp. of Smoked Paprika

- 2 Tbsp. of ground Salt

- 2 Tbsp. of ground Pepper

- 1 Tbsp. of ground Cumin

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the spices together. Then, rub a generous layer of the Coffee Dry - Rub onto the steak (or protein you're using). Pat the spices into the meat and let rest for at least 10 minutes to a full 24 hours before cooking. The longer you let the spices settle in, the more flavorful.

I love the advice that was given in this conversation! For scam alerts, I strongly suggest utilizing brothertoto—it has changed my life. Another great resource for verifying the security of Toto sites is egba. These two tools have worked together to protect me against fraud and scams.

I started utilizing Demonstrating Trustworthiness to keep up with fraud activity after I was duped. I also check the security of Toto sites using igamingbusiness. I have been able to enjoy safer, more secure wagering thanks to this process, which has prevented me from coming across bogus sites.

To keep safe when placing bets online, visit get more info here for scam updates. I can stay ahead of bogus platforms thanks to it. Before making any wagers, I also check Toto platforms using opentip kaspersky. Making sure my betting is free of scams has been made possible thanks in large part to these two websites.
